Urgent Appointments During Working Hours
If you have a dental emergency, please call us as early as possible in the day. Our reception team is available from 8:45 AM, and we reserve same-day emergency appointments to ensure we can provide timely care for patients in need.

Emergency Cover for Our Practice Plan & Private Patients
Practice Plan Members – As part of your plan, you are covered for emergency dental costs. If you require treatment elsewhere due to our unavailability, you may be able to reclaim costs for emergency fillings and urgent treatments. Simply retain your receipt and submit it for reimbursement.
Private & Care Plan Patients – If you are on a private or Care Plan membership, you will be transferred to one of our dentists for advice and offered an appointment if appropriate.
